A 1-3 page letter, envelope and packet of aspirin is under 1 oz. making the 1st class postage $0.64 (standard 1st class postage is $0.44).  The post office adds an additional $0.20 since the letter isn’t “uniformly flat.”  While you may be able to sneak this through at regular first class mail ($0.44), your better off just sending it with the additional $0.20 to be sure your mail doesn’t arrive as “postage due” to your client or prospect.  You can get $0.64 stamps at www.shop.usps.com.  They usually arrive in 2-3 business days.
